FEE SCHEDULE

INTAKE (1st session) up to 2 hours: $350
PSYCHOTHERAPY $200 for up to a 60 minute session

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check with your insurance carrier (phone number is often on the back of your card). Ask the following questions:

  • What are my mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • Is there a co-pay for which I'm responsible?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • Is a referral required? If so, from whom? (e.g. primary care physician)
  • Is pre-authorization of services required?
  • You can also ask if I'm in their network.

For those who are self-pay, arrangements can be made for payment plans or reduced fees.
